face off ::: bb cream vs foundation {Dior}

Perfect glowing skin is important. You shouldn’t have to layer on gobs of foundation and powder to have it either! It starts with taking care of your skin; besides hydration, good cleansers, exfoliation, SPF, and the occasional facial…

…your face make up/foundation can make or break your complexion.

I’ve used DiorSkin Nude Natural Glow Hydrating Makeup for the past 3 years. Once I found something that creates dewy unblemished skin that stays on and doesn’t get oily I was hooked. I also swear it makes your skin better over time.

Recently we can’t seem to get away from the hype around these new BB Creams though. They claim to improve your skin, offer high levels of SPF, and perfect your complexion. I recently received a few samples and became more intrigued. Could I replace my foundation with a bb cream? Does it need replacing? Dior released one recently, so I knew I had to try it.

blog birthday bubbles and more

It’s hard to believe an entire year has gone by since this came to be!

With bits of inspiration from friends and family I dove in last year right before our vacation in Paris, not sure where it would take me.

My cooking skills have doubled, I’ve found a hobby I am truly passionate about, and I’ve learned a ton of fun techy bloggie stuff that I love love love. I’d say it’s a win, well for me. What about you guys- what do you think? Is anyone actually out there? 😉

So time to celebrate right? In true keely style there were be no fancy cake, cupcakes, or intricate desserts created to mark the date. There will however be a bottle of my favorite bubbly and dinner tonight to celebrate.

 

So  I realize you guys don’t know THAT much about me yet. Maybe a little but not a lot.
